The company is an incoming tour operator providing a diversity of programs in Portuguese and Spanish in Canada
with guaranteed departures, tailored groups, FIT and incentive programs for international travellers.

Teamwork skills, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, flexibility, sense of initiative, organizational skills.

Duties: Answer the clients and confirm their reservations
Book accommodations, transfers and services with suppliers
Plan, coordinate and monitors reservations, operations and expenses
Prepare, organize and calculate packages for groups and individual travellers according to their needs and budget
Create and maintain relationship with the suppliers and negotiate rates and conditions
Research and offer new products
Develop promotional material
Ensure the filing of any documentation concerning a reservation

Qualification : DEC in Tourism
2 years experience in the field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Spanish, Portuguese
Ability to work under pressure, deadline oriented, multitasking, leadership and problem-solving skills
